For the visual direction, I chose to lean into the existing Toronto Cupcakes brand identity while modernizing the overall flow. I kept their signature color palette to ensure brand recognition was immediate, but I paired it with playful script typography to lean into that classic, fun bakery aesthetic. This balance allowed me to maintain the "sweet" personality of the shop while using a cleaner, more structured layout in Figma to solve the navigation issues of the original site.
